Sushant Singh Rajput Suicide Probe: Rhea Chakraborty moves SC, seeks transfer of Patna FIR to Mumbai

In a major development, Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty has moved the Supreme Court seeking transfer of an FIR lodged against her in Patna to Mumbai.
Advocate Satish Maneshinde said he has filed a petition in the apex court seeking transfer of the case from Patna to Mumbai, PTI reported.

In her plea, Chakraborty has also sought a stay on the probe by Bihar Police on the FIR lodged by Rajput’s father till disposal of her plea in the top court, as per the latest inputs available from the news agency.
Meanwhile, the Mumbai Police so far has questioned over 40 people including Rhea Chakraborty, his co-stars, filmmakers and also doctors.
Actor Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging at his Bandra residence on June 14. As per his post-mortem report, the cause of death was asphyxia due to hanging.
